DELIVERY 

  • UK Delivery - Royal Mail 2nd class FREE OF CHARGE (card only or card with added display stand) 

  • UK Delivery - Royal Mail 1st Class £1.80 (card only or card with added display stand)

  • UK Delivery - Royal Mail Tracked 24 £3.85 (card only or card with added display stand)

​As each card is meticulously made to order, you will receive an email within 24 hours of purchase if the photographs provided do not meet the required standard. Once I have received a suitable image to work from, the processing time — the period in which your bespoke card and print are prepared before dispatch — is up to five working days (Monday to Friday, excluding Bank Holidays).

Returns

Please note that I am unable to accept returns of personalised orders as these are all made to order. (This does not affect your statutory rights). Please email if there are any problems with your order and I will aim to resolve them as quickly as possible.  In the event of non-personalised returns, I recommend that you use a signed for service as I can only accept responsibility for returns once they have been received. I regret that I am unable to reimburse the original postage or the postage associated with the return. Refunds will be processed within 5 days of the return being received but may take longer to reach the receiving account, depending on your bank.
